JTBD:

To encourage Hanoi users to take Grab for noon-time outside activities.


Problems:

We realize that Hanoian gives up with outside lunch dates. They get tired of taking their motorbikes out of crowded basement, then wait a long line before heading to the eating destination.


Rationale:

Lunch is the perfect time for brothers and sis to gather and update “dramas”. However, the hot weather makes people hesitate to drive themselves, which cancels the idea of eating out and catching up.


“I would rather sacrifice all the fun than get off to the road in this weather.”
